Loss of Appetite is generally due to low digestive fire. It can be escalated due to continuous munching and drinking cold drinks. Sometimes low appetite could be due to emotional reasons. Low digestive fire could result in indigestion, bloating, passing of gas (flatulence), coating of the tongue and bad breath. Lack of energy is also common. Regularise Meal Times Stop munching in between meals. To rekindle your digestive fire, skip a meal. Your appetite will most probably return by the next mealtime. Try and keep your meal times fixed.
